On October 13, 2016, Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) Executive Director Sukanya Uerchuchai visited the Faculty of Arts along with FTCC Business Support Director Sommawan Lowhaphandu. The objectives of the meeting were to discuss internship possibilities at the FTCC for our students majoring in French, as well as other forms of collaboration between the FTCC and the Faculty. To help prepare our students for the modern world of trade and commerce, the FTCC was interested in recruiting some of our students during term breaks to assist in the organization of such important events as their highly successful Bonjour French Fair.
The FTCC was founded half a century ago and it has been a popular connecting platform between French and Thai companies, as well as a main organizing force behind such events as the Bonjour France and the FTCC Charity Gala Dinner.
