The Department of Library Science invites interested audience to participate in an academic lecture under the topic “Customer Survey and Analysis” on July 12, 2016, during 13:30 – 14:30 at room 501/2 Mahachakri Sirindhorn Building. The lecturer will be Professor Dr. Simone Fühles-Ubach a specialist in customer research and analysis from “Technische Hochschule Köln (Cologne University of Applied Sciences)” which have special interests in customer research and analysis, and library management, moreover is an online qualitative project leader since 2010. Professor Dr. Simone Fühles-Ubach takes a position of Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication at Technische Hochschule Köln (Cologne University of Applied Sciences), moreover is a committee member of various institutes, for example, BIX Advisory Board and German Library Statistics.
