"Cultural Management on Performing Arts"
This paper addresses the cultural management on performing arts “China &Thailand business entertainment alliances” process which is one of the business strategies’ tool that leads to long term organization’s branding sustainability. Based on China and Thailand’s consumer markets, this tool serves as input to the business alliances project strategy as particular competitive advantage for leveraging both the organization’s image and incremental transaction resulting from an up-to-date market’s response “customer centric”. The paper concludes with illustrations and examples from the author's personal experiences with specific techniques used in managing and operating the projects.

ARAYA NAMAIK-LARP works in executive management and research with the Charoen-Pakphand Group where she is centrally involved in the Fudan University Project on multi-special branding. A graduate of Chulalongkorn University with an MBA from the BI Norwegian School of Management, Fudan University, she has interests in marketing, cultural management, and corporate studies, with a particular focus on China and Thailand.
