Since social media is also advantageous to learning, it is increasingly popular among the young generation for the purpose of education. However, despite their familiarity with this new technology, undergraduate students still face some problems in using social media. Thus, this study was aimed to investigate undergraduate students\u2019 use of social media for learning, specifically course-related learning, at Chulalongkorn University, in terms of types of social media and information used, reasons of use, methods of use, information evaluation, forms of information utilization, and problems in using it. The study should contribute to the faculty members\u2019 implementation of social media for learning and librarians\u2019 information services, including information literacy instruction.
