การจัดการศึกษาต่อเนื่องระดับปริญญาตรี-ปริญญาโท สาขาวิชาภาษาศาสตร์

  1. วัตถุประสงค์
    1. เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถด้านวิจัยให้นิสิตอักษรศาสตร์ที่มีศักยภาพทางวิชาการสูง
    2. เพื่อเพิ่มจำนวนนิสิตในหลักสูตรบัณฑิตศึกษาของภาควิชา
    3. เพื่อส่งเสริมการวิจัยในระดับปริญญาตรี
  1. กลุ่มเป้าหมาย
    นิสิตในหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรบัณฑิตสาขาใดสาขาหนึ่งที่มีศักยภาพทางวิชาการสูง
  1. แนวทางในการศึกษา
    ให้นิสิตที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เรียนวิชาภาษาศาสตร์เพิ่มเติมตามที่คณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรมหาบัณฑิตอนุมัติ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมด้านวิชาการและพัฒนาหัวข้อวิทยานิพนธ์ เมื่อนิสิตสำเร็จการศึกษาจากหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรบัณฑิตแล้ว ให้สมัครเข้าหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต แบบ ก(1) ตามประกาศของบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
  1. ความพร้อมในการดำเนินการ
    เริ่มรับนิสิตเข้าโครงการในปีการศึกษา 2560 โดยต้องเป็นนิสิตที่เข้าศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2559 สำหรับนิสิตที่เข้าศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2558 ที่สนใจขอให้ติดต่อประธานคณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาศาสตร์ เป็นกรณีไป
  1. คุณสมบัติของนิสิต

    1. เป็นนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 3 หรือ 4 ในหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาใดสาขาหนึ่ง
    2. มีคุณสมบัติเป็นไปตามประกาศบัณฑิตวิทยาลัย จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เรื่องการรับสมัครบุคคลที่มีความรู้ความสามารถสูงเข้าศึกษาในหลักสูตรระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาด้วยวิธีพิเศษ
    3. ได้คะแนนสอบภาษาอังกฤษ CU-TEP อย่างน้อย 67 คะแนน หรือคะแนน TOEFL หรือ IELTS หรือเทียบเท่า
    4. เรียนรายวิชาภาษาศาสตร์ต่อไปนี้ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยไม่ต่ำกว่า 3.5
    5. มีจดหมายรับรองจากอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี
    6. มีจดหมายรับรองจากอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาศาสตร์ ที่จะเป็นที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์

  1. ทุนการศึกษา
    เมื่อรับเข้าศึกษาหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรมหาบัณฑิตแล้ว ให้ว่าที่อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาขอทุนสนับสนุนการศึกษาและการวิจัยให้นิสิต เช่น

    1. ทุนอุดหนุนการศึกษาเฉพาะค่าเล่าเรียนประเภท 60/40
    2. ทุนอุดหนุนการศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อเฉลิมฉลองวโรกาสที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงเจริญพระชนมายุครบ 72 พรรษา
    3. ทุนอุดหนุนการศึกษาเพื่อทำหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยสอน
    4. ทุนอุดหนุนการศึกษาเพื่อทำหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยวิจัย
    5. ทุนอุดหนุนวิทยานิพนธ์สำหรับนิสิต
    6. ทุน 90 ปีจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย

  1. ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน
    1. นิสิตที่สนใจปรึกษาอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรมหาบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาภาษาศาสตร์ที่นิสิตต้องการให้เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์
    2. นิสิตส่งเอกสารสมัครเข้าโครงการตามที่หลักสูตรกำหนด
    3. คณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาศาสตร์ พิจารณาอนุมัติ
    4. คณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตรฯ แจ้งให้ฝ่ายวิชาการและอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทราบ
    5. เมื่อนิสิตสำเร็จการศึกษาจากหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรบัณฑิตแล้ว ให้สมัครเข้าเรียนในหลักสูตรอักษรศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาภาษาศาสตร์ แบบ 1(ก) คุณสมบัติเป็นไปตามที่ภาควิชาภาษาศาสตร์กำหนด

 


 

 

Bachelor Degree and Master’s Degree in Linguistics (Continuing Program)

  1. Objectives
    1. To develop the research skill for Bachelor of Arts students with high academic potential
    2. To increase the number of students in the department’s graduate program
    3. To encourage research in the undergraduate level
  1. Target group
    Bachelor of Arts students of any major with high academic potential
  1. Program guideline
    Qualified students are to take additional linguistic courses as approved by the administrative committee of the Master’s Degree Program in Linguistics in order to prepare themselves academically and develop a thesis proposal. When graduated with the bachelor degree, the students are to submit their application to the Master’s Degree Program in Linguistics (Plan A1) as announced by Graduate School, Chulalongkorn University.
  1. Program arrangement
    The program begins to take students in Academic Year 2017. Eligible students are those starting their degree from Academic Year 2016 onwards. Students who are interested in joining the program but have started their degree in Academic Year 2015 have to contact the administrative committee of the Master’s Degree Program in Linguistics. The decision on the eligibility will be made case by case.Open for new applicants in Academic Year 2017.
  1. Student Qualifications
    1. Students are currently on the 3rd or the 4th year of the Bachelor of Arts degree of any major.
    2. Students’s qualifications conform to the qualifications specified in the announcement of Graduate School, Chulalongkorn University.
    3. Students have achieved no less than 67 on CU-TEP, or the equivalent in TOEFL or IELTS.
    4. Students have taken the following linguistic courses and earned no less than 3.5 GPA on these courses.
    5. Students have to provide a recommendation letter from their current bachelor degree advisor.
    6. Students have to provide a recommendation letter from a lecturer in the Master of Arts in Linguistics program who will be their thesis advisor.

  1. Procedure
    1. Students who are interested in joining the program contact a lecturer in the Master of Arts in Linguistic programs who will potentially become their thesis advisor.
    2. Students submit their application and other documents as requested by the program.
    3. The administrative committee of the Master’s Degree Program in Linguistics approve the application.
    4. The administrative committee of the Master’s Degree Program in Linguistics inform Faculty of Arts’ Academic Service Section and the bachelor degree advisors of the application approval.
    5. When graduated with the bachelor degree, the students are to submit their application to the Master’s Degree Program in Linguistics (Plan A1) as required by the Department of Linguistics.
