English, Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with the Embassy of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Thailand, organised a public screening of a Ukrainian film entitled &#8220;Ivan the Powerful&#8221; (2013) at Room 307, Boromrajakumari Building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The film was introduced by Dr Olga Rusova (Second Secretary, Embassy of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Thailand), who also participated in the post-screening discussion on the topic of &#8220;The Biopic as Narrative of Gender, Nationhood and Regional Identity\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event was held as part of the English Department&#8217;s \u201c2202372: Literature and Film\u201d course, convened by Associate Professor Verita Sriratana, PhD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3
