Her research interests include Emily Dickinson studies, Romanticism, Transatlantic studies, Transpacific studies, Orientalism, and Ecocriticism. She has published in a number of international journals, such as the\u00a0<em>Emily Dickinson Journal<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Studies in<\/em>\u00a0<em>American Fiction<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Concentric<\/em>, and\u00a0<em>Romanticism<\/em>. She has served the Emily Dickinson International Society board and the\u00a0<em>Los Angeles Review of Books<\/em>\u00a0Lit-World Senior Editorial team since 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has guest-edited journal issues on transculture-related topics, including a special issue on \u201cTransatlantic Literary and Cultural Relations: 1776 to the Present\u201d for\u00a0<em>The Wenshan Review<\/em>\u00a0(June 2018), a special issue on \u201cInternational Dickinson: Scholarship in English Translation\u201d for\u00a0<em>The Emily Dickinson Journal<\/em>\u00a0(Fall 2020), and a special issue on \u201cEcoGothic Asia\u201d for\u00a0<em>SARE: Southeast Asian Review of English<\/em>(July 2022).
