Karen Linguistics Project Organizes an Exhibition in the 14th Chula Academic Expo
โครงการภาษาศาสตร์ภาษากะเหรี่ยงได้ร่วมจัดนิทรรศการในงานจุฬาฯ วิชาการครั้งที่ 14 ระหว่างวันที่ 14-18 พ.ย. 2555 โดยร่วมกับชมรมภาษาศาสตร์ คณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ที่อาคารบรมราชกุมารี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ผู้ที่มาร่วมงานทั้งคณาจารย์ นิสิต นักศึกษา และบุคคลทั่วไป ทราบถึงความเป็นมา ผลงานของทางโครงการฯ และวิถีชีวิตของชาวกะเหรี่ยง
From November 14th to 18th, 2012, the Karen Linguistics Project, together with the Linguistic Club of the Faculty of Arts at Chulalongkorn University, organized an exhibition as part of the 14th Chula Academic Expo in the Boromratchakumari Building on Chulalongkorn University campus to introduce its work and the Karen way of life to its visitors, who included faculty members, students and the general public.
ในการนี้ สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ได้เสด็จพระราชดำเนินเยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการของโครงการฯ โดยมีคณะผู้ร่วมโครงการเฝ้ารับเสด็จ เมื่อวันที่ 14 พฤศจิกายน 2555
On November 14th, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn came to view the exhibition and she was greeted by members of the Project.

A number of the documentary books, Stories from the Thai-Burmese Border: Intellectual Sparks for Sustainable Development, on display and being given to visitors who were interested in the story of the 6 Karen ethnic groups in Thailand.

The exhibition decorated with Karen hand-woven fabrics, handicrafts by the Sagaw (Paganyaw) and the Pwo (Phlaung/Phlau) and vegetables from their kitchen gardens
