Registration after 9 December 2022 (GMT+7) is possible for online participation only.
If you register with the student rate, you will need to upload a copy of your student card in the registration form.
The registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunches on the three days of the conference, as well as the reception on the first day. It excludes the conference dinner.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will take place on 15 December 2022. It costs 1,500 THB per person and is not included in the registration fee. You can book the conference dinner within the registration form and pay for it along with the registration fee.
Payment
The payment for the registration and the conference dinner can be made by deposit/transfer or credit card.
After the payment either by deposit/transfer or credit card, please save the proof of payment (e.g. a picture of the deposit slip, a screenshot of the transfer slip or of the credit card payment slip). You’ll be required to attach the proof of payment in the registration form.

Registration process
- Make a payment by deposit/transfer or credit card. Select the payment amount that is relevant to you. After the payment, please save the proof of payment (e.g. a picture of the deposit slip, a screenshot of the transfer slip or of the credit card payment slip).

- Fill out the registration form. Select the registration category which matches the payment you have made. Attach the proof of payment (e.g. a picture of the deposit slip, a screenshot of the transfer slip or of the credit card payment slip) in the form. If you register with the student rate, you will also need to upload a copy of your student card in the form.
- After your registration form is submitted, please allow us some time to work on it. We will send you a confirmation email within 3 weeks. If you do not hear from us by then, please contact us at nwavap7@gmail.com. The registration is complete only after the payment has been made and the confirmation email has been sent to you.
- Please keep the confirmation email and show it to us at the registration desk on the first day of the conference. Online presenters and participants will receive the participation details via email.
Cancellation
Refunds due to cancellation are only possible on or before 30 November 2022 (GMT+7). The refunds will be partial. Any processing fees incurred by the cancellation will be deducted from the amount we received from the registrants.
No refund due to cancellation on or after 1 December 2022 (GMT+7).
