การประชุมรายงานความก้าวหน้าครั้งที่ 2

โครงการ "ภาษาศาสตร์ภาษากะเหรี่ยง" ได้จัดการประชุมรายงานความก้าวหน้าการดำเนินงานครั้งที่ 2 (ปีที่ 2) ระหว่างวันที่ 24-26 มิถุนายน 2554 ณ ภูผาผึ้งรีสอร์ท ต.สวนผึ้ง อ.สวนผึ้ง จ.ราชบุรี โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมทั้งสิ้น 15 คน

From June 24th to 26th, 2011, the Karen Linguistics Project presented the second report on its progress during the second year of its operations at Phu Pha Phung Resort, Tambon Suan Phueng, Amphoe Suan Phueng, Ratchaburi. There were 15 participants.

ศ.ดร. ธีระพันธ์ เหลืองทองคำ (จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย) หัวหน้าโครงการและผู้วิจัยหลัก รายงานความก้าวหน้าภาพรวมการดำเนินงาน Professor Dr. Theraphan Luangthongkum from Chulalongkorn University, in her capacity as the Chairperson of the Project and the main researcher, reported on the overall progress of the research operation.

อ.ดร.วิชาติ บูรณะประเสริฐสุข (มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์) รายงานการสำรวจภาคสนามเพื่อทำหนังสือและโครงร่างหนังสือเฉลิมพระเกียรติไทย-อังกฤษ Dr. Wichat Booranaprasertsook from Kasetsart University reported on his fieldwork for a book, written in Thai and English, in honour of Their Majesties the King and Queen as well as Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

ผศ.ดร.ศิริวิไล ธีระโรจนารัตน์ เสนอผลงานเรื่อง "กะเหรี่ยง: แผนที่และการตั้งถิ่นฐาน" Assistant Professor Dr. Sirivilai Teerarojanarat presented her research, "Karen: Maps and Settlements".

ศ. กิตติคุณ ดร. ปราณี กุลละวณิชย์ (จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย) ให้เกียรติเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิวิพากษ์ผลงาน Professor Emeritus Dr. Pranee Kullvanijaya from Chulalongkorn University gave comments on the presentations.

ศ.ดร.สมทรง บุรุษพัฒน์ (สถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล) ให้เกียรติเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิวิพากษ์ผลงาน Professor Dr. Somsonge Buruspat from the Research Institute of Asian Languages and Culture at Mahidol University commented on the presentations.

อ.ดร. ชมนาด อินทจามรรักษ์ (มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร) เสนอผลงานเรื่อง "การแปรและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสระและวรรณยุกต์ภาษากะเหรี่ยงโปบ้านค้างใจ" Dr.Chommnad Intajamornrak from Naresuan University presented a research paper, "Variation and change in Phrae Pwo Karen vowels and tones spoken in Ban Khang Chai: An acoustic study".

อ.ดร. พิทยาวัฒน์ พิทยาภรณ์ (จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย) เสนอผลงานเรื่อง "ค่าความเข้มกับสถานการณ์เป็นกลุ่มเสียงธรรมชาติของเสียง ร" Dr. Pittayawat Pittayaporn from Chulalongkorn University gave a presentation on "Intensity of R sounds: The class of rhotics in Sgaw Karen".

ศ.ดร.ธีระพันธ์ เหลืองทองคำ หัวหน้าโครงการและผู้วิจัยหลักให้ข้อเสนอแนะและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็น Professor Dr. Theraphan Luangthongkum gave further suggestions and exchanges views with the presenters.

ผศ. ดร. ผณินทรา ธีรานนท์ (มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง) นำเสนอผลงานเรื่อง "สระธรรมดาและสระนาสิกในภาษากะเหรี่ยงโป : การศึกษาทางกลสัทศาสตร์" Assistant Professor Dr. Phanintra Teeranon from Mae Fah Luang University presented a research paper, "Oral and nasal vowels in Pwo Karen: Implications for tonogenesis theory".

ศ.ดร.ธีระพันธ์ เหลืองทองคำ เสนอผลงานเรื่อง "ภาษากะเหรี่ยงดั้งเดิม (Proto-Karen)" Professor Dr. Theraphan Luangthongkum presented her research, "Proto-Karen".

คณะผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมเยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการความเป็นมาของอุทยานธรรมชาติวิทยาอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ ที่ อ.สวนผึ้ง จ.ราชบุรี The participants visited an exhibition on the background of the Natural Science Park under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn in Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province.
