Early-Bird Registration: June 1⁠–⁠August 31, 2023
General Registration: September 1⁠–⁠October 12, 2023

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

To allow time for the finalization of the conference program, the organizing committee kindly requests that all presenters complete the entry fee payment no later than September 30, 2023. Any adjustments to the papers should also be posted to the conference coordinators before the same deadline.

REGISTRATION: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Make payment by credit card. Select the payment category that is relevant to you. After the payment, please save the proof of payment.
2. Fill out the registration form. Select the registration category that matches the payment category you have made.
3. Attach the proof of payment. If you register as a student, please also upload a copy of your Student ID.
4. After the submission of the registration form, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please allow up to three weeks of process as the work at this stage is largely manual.
5. On the first day of the conference, please present your confirmation email upon check-in. Online presenters and participants will receive the participation details via email.

PAYMENT

The payment for the registration can be made by credit card via this LINK (via Center for Thai as a Foreign Language, Faculty of Arts).

The registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunches on the three days of the conference, as well as the reception on the first day. After the payment, please save the proof of payment e.g., a screenshot of the credit card payment slip.

You will be required to attach the proof of payment in the registration form. Students applying for the student rate will also need to upload a copy of their Student ID in the registration form.

    - Regular 1,200 THB
    - Students and Regular Participants from the Global South* 600 THB
