การขอถอนรายวิชา (W) ภาคการศึกษาปลาย 2565 (ระบบทวิภาค)

- เข้าสู่ระบบที่ www.reg.chula.ac.th เมนู แสดงความจำนงขอถอนรายวิชา
- เลือกรายวิชาที่ต้องการถอนรายวิชา และกดบันทึกข้อมูล
- กด “Print CR48” และพิมพ์คำร้อง จท48 จากเว็บไซต์
เมื่อพิมพ์คำร้อง จท48 แล้ว ให้ดำเนินการดังนี้
- ลงนามและวันที่
- ติดต่ออาจารย์ผู้สอนและอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา (เฉพาะปริญญาตรี) เพื่อลงความเห็น
- ยื่นคำร้องที่ทะเบียนคณะเพื่ออนุมัติตามขั้นตอน
- ตรวจสอบผลที่เมนู “CR54” หลังคณะรับเรื่องและดำเนินการเรียบร้อย
REQUEST FOR COURSE WITHDRAWAL (W) SECOND SEMESTER 2022 (SEMESTER SYSTEM) FEB. 20 – MAR. 31, 2023
- Login to www.reg.chula.ac.th Request For course withdrawal
- Select the course(s) to be withdrawn and click “Save”
- Click “Print CR48” to print out the CR48 Form from the website.
After you have printed the CR48 Form, please proceed the Following steps:
- Sign your name and date on the form.
- Undergraduate students must contact the instructor
and the advisor for comments on the withdrawal. - Submit the Form at your Faculty’s registrar office.
- Check the withdrawal result at “Registration Result (CR54)”
after your request has been processed.
