On March 11, 2023, our students from the course 2200616 Museums and Thai History had an amazing day exploring historical sites in Ayutthaya led by Assoc. Prof. Dhiravat na Pombejra, Ph.D. and Asst. Prof. Wannaporn Rienjang, Ph.D.
They visited Wat Ratchaburana, Chao Sam Phraya National Museum, Ayutthaya Historical Center, Japanese Village, St. Joseph’s Church, Wat Phutthaisawan, and Wat Chaiwattanaram to learn more about Thai history and culture.
In addition, Assoc. Prof. Dhiravat na Pombejra, Ph.D. gave an on-site lecture on “Ayutthaya History and Museums” to provide a deeper understanding of the historical significance of the sites.
What a fantastic opportunity for our students to learn and engage with Thai history in a tangible way! We’re proud of their dedication to their studies and can’t wait to see what they’ll accomplish next.
