Active knowledge sharing is a key to sucess in collaboration among different teams in a company. However, lacking of proper documentation, due to lack of appropriate motivations and incentives, causes the productivity and efficiency of business performance. This study conducted a pilot test on how an IT consuting business used Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) approach as a performance evaluation model, in lieu of Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The paper reports the advantages and concerns of implementing OKRs in IT consulting business.

The paper published in the Proceedings can be accessed via https://doi.org/10.1002/pra2.44. The presentation is partially supported by Chulalongkorn University’s Academic Support Funding and Research Department, Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University.
