On November 4-7, 2019, Dr.Songphan Choemprayong and Dr.Naya Sucha-xaya participated in the International Forum on Crossroads of Science on Knowledge, Information & Data. Located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the forum co-locate three major events including 1) 2019 Asia-Pacific Conference on Library and Information Education and Practice (A-LIEP); 2) 21st International Conference on Asia-Pacific Digital Libraries (ICADL); and 3) Asia-Pacific iSchool Meeting.

Dr.Songphan Choemprayong, our department chair, visited multiple cities in Australia to presented his works during October 18-29, 2019.
Dr. Songphan Choemprayong co-presented a paper entitled “Objectives & key results for active knowledge sharing in IT consulting enterprises: A feasibility study” with Ms. Nattakan Klanwaree, a graduate from Master’s program in Technopreneurship and Innovation Management, Chulalonkorn University at the 82nd Annual Meeting of Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T) in Melbourne between October 19-23, 2019.
The Graduate Programs in Information Studies (GPIS) at Chulalongkorn University now offering one(1) PhD scholarship for a talented , highly motivated, and dedicated student. The applicants must meet the admission qualifications and requirements and have a research interests one of the following areas: personal digital archiving, personal health records, participatory/community archives, or research data management and/or services. Also applicants with prior experience with data mining, machine learning, NLP, or user experience design are preferred.
