On Friday, December 17, 2021, Dr. Porranee Singplium, Deputy Director for BALAC and Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Arts conducted an introductory session for students from the University of Fukui who are interested to joining the BALAC program for their exchange experience. The presentation covered application process, accommodation, and possible 

classes that they can attend. To prepare for exchange, the students were advised to attend the class on Basic Thai for Foreigners offered by the Faculty of Arts’ CASCA. 

The Faculty of Arts and University of Fukui have been partners for several years. In addition to the exchange program, during the past years, the Faculty of Arts also welcomed Fukui students to the Summer Programs. The Faculty of Arts is among the preferred destinations for Fukui students. With the opening for onsite classes in 2022, both institutions are looking forward to more activities in the coming academic year.
