On December 22, 2022, Associate Professor Chomnard Setisarn, Head, Japanese Section and Dr. Saranya Choochotkaew from the Japanese Section, together with Dr. Porranee Singpliam, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Arts met with Professor Kazuo Takahashi, Vice President for International Affairs, Toyo University.  The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the application process for Toyo University’s “Program to develop the Japanese language and multicultural communication skills of international professionals through intensive business Japanese study”. 

This program resulted from the Faculty of Arts’ partnership with Toyo last year for the application of the funding from the Japanese Government.  The program was selected by the Japanese Government for its “INTER-UNIVERSITY EXCHANGE PROJECT-Support for Creation of Inter-University Exchanges in the Indo-Pacific Region.”  Applications for entry to the program will start early 2023.
