On Wednesday, January 18, 2023, Assistant Professor Nirada Chitrakara, Associate Dean, together with Dr. Porranee Singpliam, Assistant Dean, met with representatives from the Institute of International Education of Moscow Pedagogical State University (http://en.mpgu.su/) led by Miroslava Morozovska, Director of the Center for International Educational Programs.  The online meeting concerned Moscow Pedagogical State University’s interest in the Faculty of Arts’ BALAC Program and is looking forward to signing a student exchange agreement with the Faculty of Arts. 

Moscow Pedagogical State University is one of the oldest in Russia, founded in 1872.  The University runs bachelor’s and master’s degree programs taught entirely in English Language in Linguistics, Journalism, and Information technology.
