On Thursday, March 23, 2023, Assistant Professor Nirada Chitrakara, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Arts, joined Dr. Ram Piyaket, Director of Chulalongkorn University’s Office of International Affairs and representatives from the Faculty of Fine Arts and the Faculty of Science to welcome representatives from Illinois State University.  The representatives included Dr. Roopa Rawjee, Executive Director, Office of International Engagement, Professor Ajay Samant, Dean and Professor, College of Business, Professor Terry Noel, Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Curriculum, College of Business, and Professor Heather Dillaway, Dean of College of Arts and Sciences.  The meeting concerned possible collaborations, such as exchange of students/staff, visiting scholars, and research/seminars/conference organization.
