The Japan Foundation ได้มอบทุนสนับสนุนการศึกษาเพื่อเข้าร่วมโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนภาษาและวัฒนธรรมระยะสั้น Kyoto Summer Program 2026 (Travel Support for Students to Attend Kyoto Summer Program 2026) ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเกียวโต ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เป็นระยะเวลา 2 สัปดาห์ ระหว่างวันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม ถึงวันที่ 8 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2569 แก่นิสิตวิชาเอกภาษาญี่ปุ่น ชั้นปีที่ 2 คณะอักษรศาสตร์ จำนวน 5 ทุน ดังมีรายชื่อ ต่อไปนี้

โครงการแลกเปลี่ยนภาษาและวัฒนธรรมระยะสั้น Kyoto Summer Program 2026 ในปีนี้มีนักศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัย ประเทศต่างๆ ทั่วโลกที่เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยคู่สัญญากับมหาวิทยาลัยเกียวโต รวมถึงนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเกียวโตที่เข้า ร่วมโครงการดังกล่าว ตลอดระยะเวลา 2 สัปดาห์ นิสิตทั้งห้าคนได้เรียนรู้ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่นผ่านการฟังการ บรรยายทางวิชาการ การเรียนภาษาญี่ปุ่น การทัศนศึกษานอกสถานที่และกิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรมต่างๆ อีกทั้งยังได้ แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นในประเด็นต่างๆ กับนักศึกษาจากหลายภูมิภาค ภายใต้บรรยากาศที่เหมาะแก่การเรียนรู้เป็น อย่างยิ่ง
ทั้งนี้ เมื่อวันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุรเดช โชติอุดมพันธ์ คณบดีคณะอักษรศาสตร์ และคณะได้เข้าพบศาสตราจารย์ ดร. Junko Kawai และ รองศาสตราจารย์ Fumitaka Wakamatsu จาก Institute for Liberal Arts and Sciences (ILAS) ที่ดูแลโครงการ Kyoto Summer Program นี้ด้วย และได้พบปะนิสิตทั้งห้าคนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเกียวโต นอกจากนี้ ผู้แทนจาก The Japan Foundation ยังได้เข้าร่วมสังเกตการณ์โครงการในช่วงสองวันสุดท้ายและรับฟังการนำเสนอ ผลงานกลุ่มของนักศึกษานานาชาติ ซึ่งเป็นผลจากการค้นคว้าและอภิปรายร่วมกันตลอดสองสัปดาห์ ก่อนร่วมพิธีปิดโครงการในวันสุดท้าย

Short-term Language and Cultural Exchange Scholarship
Kyoto Summer Program (KSP) 2026 at Kyoto University, Japan
The Japan Foundation has awarded scholarships (Travel Support for Students to Attend Kyoto Summer Program 2026) for participation in the short-term language and cultural exchange program, Kyoto Summer Program (KSP) 2026, held at Kyoto University, Japan, for two weeks from 23 July to 8 August 2026. A total of five scholarships were granted to second-year students majoring in Japanese, Faculty of Arts, as follows:

This year’s Kyoto Summer Program brought together students from partner universities around the world, together with Kyoto University students, to take part in the program. Throughout the two-week program, the five scholarship recipients enhanced their knowledge of Japanese language and culture through academic lectures, Japanese language classes, field trips, and various cultural activities. They also actively exchanged ideas on a wide range of topics with students from diverse regions, all within an environment highly conducive to learning.
On 30 July 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Suradech Chotiudompant, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and delegation met with Professor Dr. Junko Kawai and Associate Professor Fumitaka Wakamatsu of the Institute for Liberal Arts and Sciences (ILAS), which oversees the Kyoto Summer Program, and also met the five students taking part in the program at Kyoto University.
In addition, a representative from The Japan Foundation observed the program during its final two days and attended the students’ group presentations, which showcased the outcomes of two weeks of joint research and discussion among international participants, before joining the closing ceremony.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to The Japan Foundation for providing this valuable opportunity for our students to deepen their knowledge and understanding of Japanese language and culture. Our heartfelt thanks also go to the faculty members and students of Kyoto University for their warm friendship and continued support through academic collaboration and this short-term language and cultural exchange program.
