MOU Signing: Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University x FOURDIGIT Inc.
On 31 August 2026, the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University, and FOURDIGIT Inc. officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Center for Digital Humanities, Faculty of Arts, marking the beginning of a meaningful partnership in service design. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment from both institutions to strengthen education, professional development, and innovation within the service design community.
Prior to the MOU signing, the two organizations had already laid the foundation for their partnership through four-day service design workshops held as part of the Arts Work-Integrated Education (AWIE) and Users and Service Design courses. Through these workshops, undergraduate students from the Faculty of Arts learned to begin with people, i.e., observing, listening, asking questions, and understanding needs, before developing service solutions.
Under this agreement, the two parties will co-develop training sessions, workshops, and other initiatives to upskill students, staff members, and relevant stakeholders in service design. The partnership will also open internship opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in areas such as training, facilitation, and event management. In addition, both parties will exchange valuable knowledge, tools, methodologies, best practices, and research findings to support joint academic and research outcomes. Beyond these efforts, the collaboration aims to build a strong and lasting service design network, creating further opportunities for growth and exchange at both the national and international levels.

พิธีลงนาม MOU ระหว่าง คณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และ บริษัท FOURDIGIT Inc.
เมื่อวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และ บริษัท FOURDIGIT Inc. ได้ร่วมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) อย่างเป็นทางการ ณ ศูนย์มนุษยศาสตร์ดิจิทัล คณะอักษรศาสตร์ เพื่อเริ่มต้นความร่วมมือครั้งสำคัญด้านการออกแบบบริการ ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันของทั้งสององค์กรเพื่อเสริมสร้างการศึกษา การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมด้านการออกแบบบริการ
ก่อนการลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) ทั้งสององค์กรได้เริ่มต้นสร้างความร่วมมือผ่านการจัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านการออกแบบบริการ ระยะวลา 4 วัน ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของรายวิชา Arts Work-Integrated Education (AWIE) และรายวิชา Users and Service Design โดยนิสิตคณะอักษรศาสตร์ได้เรียนรู้ที่จะเริ่มต้นจาก “คน” ด้วยการสังเกต รับฟัง ตั้งคำถาม และทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของผู้ใช้ ก่อนที่จะพัฒนาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาด้านบริการ
ภายใต้ข้อตกลงนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายจะร่วมกันพัฒนาและจัดกิจกรรมการบรรยาย การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และโครงการต่าง ๆ เพื่อยกระดับทักษะด้านการออกแบบบริการ ให้แก่นิสิต บุคลากร และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องของมหาวิทยาลัย นอกจากนี้ ความร่วมมือดังกล่าวยังเปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตได้ฝึกงานกับบริษัท เพื่อเรียนรู้ประสบการณ์จริงในด้านการฝึกอบรม การจัดกิจกรรม และการบริหารจัดการงาน ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังจะแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ เครื่องมือ วิธีการ แนวปฏิบัติที่ดี และผลงานวิจัยที่มีคุณค่า เพื่อสนับสนุนผลงานทางวิชาการและงานวิจัยร่วมกัน และในระยะยาว ความร่วมมือนี้ยังมุ่งสร้างเครือข่ายด้านการออกแบบบริการที่แข็งแกร่ง เพื่อขยายโอกาสความร่วมมือทั้งในระดับประเทศและระดับนานาชาติต่อไป
