คณะอักษรศาสตร์ ขอแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสที่รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วริตตา ศรีรัตนา อาจารย์ประจำภาควิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ได้รับทุนรัฐบาลแห่งชาติสาธารณรัฐสโลวักเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลและทำงานวิจัย ณ University of Prešov สาธารณรัฐสโลวัก เป็นเวลา 3 เดือน หัวข้อโครงการวิจัยได้แก่:
1) “Re(-)Membering the Trauma of Betrayal: Women’s (Re-)Writing of the Nazi Holocaust in Slovakia and the Nuclear Holocaust in Ukraine and Belarus”
2) “Curating ‘Communist Cool’: What Thailand Can Learn from the Commemoration of Uprisings and Museumisation of Military Glory in Central and Eastern Europe”
ทั้งนี้ มีอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัย นักวิจัยและศิลปินที่สมัครขอรับทุนรัฐบาลแห่งชาติสาธารณรัฐสโลวักจากทั่วโลก 230 คน และมีผู้ได้รับคัดเลือกทั้งสิ้น 66 คน
Associate Professor Verita Sriratana, PhD, Department of English, has been awarded the Slovak National Scholarship to spend 3 months conducting two research projects at the University of Prešov, Slovak Republic, as follows:
1) “Re(-)Membering the Trauma of Betrayal: Women’s (Re-)Writing of the Nazi Holocaust in Slovakia and the Nuclear Holocaust in Ukraine and Belarus”
2) “Curating ‘Communist Cool’: What Thailand Can Learn from the Commemoration of Uprisings and Museumisation of Military Glory in Central and Eastern Europe”
Of the 230 University lecturers, researchers and artists worldwide who applied for the Slovak National Scholarship this round, 66 applicants have been selected.
